1.1 Must the Fluro power bank remain where I took it?

No, and that is the magic of the Fluro Stations network! You rent your power bank where it suits you best, and you return it where it also suits you best. It doesn’t have to be the same Fluro Station. You are completely mobile during the rental.

1.2 How do I unlock a Fluro power bank?

​

• Touch the screen saver, which will prompt a screen displaying 'Touch here to pay.'

• You'll then see the payment and deposit details. Simply tap your card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) or use phone wallet (Apple Pay/ Google Pay) and wait for approval.

• Afterward, remove the power bank.

1.3 How do I return a Fluro power bank?

​

At a Fluro Station, insert the power bank in an empty slot. Within moments, the ending of your rental period will be confirmed on the screen.

1.4 What if I lose or damage the Fluro power bank and don’t return it within 24 hours?

​

In case of loss, damage, or non-return of the battery, a $50 fee will be charged.

1.5 How much does it cost to rent a Fluro power bank?

​

The cost of renting a power bank is set by the venue, typically ranging from $5 to $15 per hour (maximum 24 hours). After this, a non-return fee of $50 will be charged (deposit amount).

2.1 What devices can I charge?

​

Each Fluro power bank comes with 3 charging cables: Lightning, micro USB and USB-C. It means you can charge the vast majority of Android and Apple smartphones and tablets (Asus, Blackberry, HTC, Huawei, LG, Honor, Nexus, Nokia, Samsung, Sony, Xiaomi, etc.), but also many other electronic devices such as some mobile phones, bluetooth speakers, MP3 players, cameras, readers, laptops, gamepads, etc.

2.2 How long does it take to fully charge a device?

​

It takes on average 60-90 minutes to fully charge a mobile device, but this might slightly vary depending on your device.

2.3 How many recharges provides a Fluro power bank?

​

A Fluro power bank provides on average two full charges.

​

2.4 How can I check the charge level of a Fluro power bank?

​

A light indicator on the top of the power bank shows the battery level.

​

2.5 Can two people use the same power bank?

​

Yes, but simultaneous charges on one power bank will slow down the device recharges.

3. Payments

3.1 How much does the rental cost?

​

The cost of renting a power bank is set by the venue, typically ranging from $5 to $15 per hour (up to 24 hours).

3.2 When does the rental start?

​

Your rental starts after 2 minutes.

​

3.3 How much will I be charged if the power bank is lost or not returned.

​

A non-return fee of $50 will be charged (deposit amount).

3.4 How much is the deposit?

​

The standard Fluro deposit is $50, which is refunded upon return of the power bank.

3.5 How can I dispute a billing or request a refund?

​

If you have a problem with a rental, which we hope won’t happen, please contact us within 10 days after the payment you are disputing, clearly stating the email address associated with your Fluro account, the date of the transaction and the description of the problem you encountered.
