How much will customers pay to hire a power bank?
The price per hire is set by you - anywhere between $7 and $10 per hour. You can choose the rate that best suits your demographic. After all, it’s your venue, so you make the call.
Is the station compatible with all phone types and models?
Yes. Each battery contains three charging cables (Lightning, USB-C, and Micro USB) to power all devices in the Australian market.

What happens if a patron takes a power bank and doesn’t bring it back?
When a patron hires a power bank, a $40 pre-authorisation is held on their bank card as collateral. If it’s not returned within 24 hours, the $40 is charged and they can keep the power bank indefinitely. The battery can still be recharged from any USB-C cable, so it remains fully functional even if it’s not returned to a Fluro station.
Do we need to let you know when the batteries are missing or running low?
No. Our backend system automatically alerts our team when a station is running low. We’ll visit the venue, give the station a clean, and top up any missing batteries so you’re never without.
